CEO and representatives of KLCSM Co., Ltd., an affiliate of SM Group's shipping division, attended the graduation ceremony of Korea-Mokpo Maritime University last week (1/26-27) to congratulate those who are planning to join SM Group's shipping company and promote the company.

A total of 95 people will join SM Group's shipping company, which graduated from both universities, and it is expected that the supply of large-scale new executives by the group's management will be smooth. (*Korea Maritime University: 53 people / Mokpo Maritime University: 42 people)

In addition, KLCSM plans to increase work efficiency by increasing work familiarity and ship adaptability by implementing a probationary officer system (Note 1) and mentoring system (Note 2) for new first-time officers.
