China – Be on the Lookout for Fishing Vessels

Correspondents in China have advised that the annual fishing ban in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea is coming to an end.
As a result high numbers of fishing vessels are expected, particularly in the areas off Ningbo and Zhoushan.
A circular has been issued _alert_ing vessels transiting this area to be extra vigilant and advising caution when planning and executing their passage through these waters.
